Cartoix respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy details the types of personal, business, and financial information we collect from creators, affiliates, and customers, and how we manage that data.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data collection and processing methods described herein.

We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, physical address, business details, and tax identification numbers.

We also automatically collect technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and platform usage metrics.

We use the gathered information to provide and improve platform services, process Payouts, verify compliance profiles, detect fraud, analyze usage trends, and send transaction alerts.

Tax and legal information is utilized strictly to fulfill tax reporting regulations and financial auditing requirements.

All customer payment card details and creator bank account credentials are encrypted and processed directly by PCI-compliant payment providers, including Stripe via Stripe Connect. Cartoix does not collect, process, or store raw credit card numbers or sensitive bank routing and account credentials on our servers.

Where Stripe Connect is used, creators submit their identity, tax, and bank details directly to Stripe. Cartoix stores only the minimum operational information necessary for application management, such as Stripe connected-account identifiers, payout status, creator country/currency settings, and masked or last-four bank account digits where provided by Stripe.

We use cookies to maintain your login session, remember preferences, track affiliate referrals, and gather analytics.

We utilize third-party analytics tools to measure traffic, page usage, and creator demographics.

Analytics data is processed anonymously and is not used to identify individual users.

The Platform integrates third-party tools for payment processing, identity verification, tax compliance, and customer support.

Authorized payment providers (including Stripe) process identity, tax, bank, and payout information to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and financial regulatory requirements.

These third-party platforms handle data according to their own privacy policies and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service partners, payment networks, tax agencies, and law enforcement when legally required.

We share minimum required transaction details with payment providers (such as Stripe) strictly to enable KYC verification, fraud detection, and Payout execution.

We retain your account and financial records for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to comply with tax, fraud prevention, and corporate audit regulations.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, database access logs, firewalls, and regular vulnerability scanning.

While we take rigorous steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit our usage of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation.
