Affiliate Agreement

The Cartoix Affiliate Program allows creators to earn commissions by sharing unique tracking links to catalog products.

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") governs your promotion methods, tracking cookies, and commission payouts.

Participation requires an active, verified account in compliance status. Accounts flagged for spam, click-fraud, or domain spoofing are not eligible.

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the customer purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping fees, and credit card processor surcharges).

Referral sales are recorded as Pending Earnings upon order completion.

Referrals are tracked using browser cookies. The customer must have cookies enabled for the tracking pixel to register a purchase commission.

Our tracking cookies have a standard duration of 30 days. If the customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission (unless overridden by another affiliate's later link).

You may share affiliate links on your personal websites, blogs, social media channels, newsletters, and video profiles.

All promotional content must clearly state that you earn a commission on purchases made through your link, in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Affiliates may promote Cartoix products, categories, storefronts, and affiliate links through websites, blogs, social media, email marketing (where legally permitted), and paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising networks.

Affiliates may use Cartoix logo assets and product mockups solely to promote referral links. You may not claim to represent Cartoix corporate or enter into legal contracts on our behalf.

Affiliate commissions are subject to a standard 7-day operational Settlement Period from the transaction date to account for customer returns and cancellations.

During this 7-day Settlement Period, commissions remain classified as Pending Earnings. Once the settlement period expires and verification conditions are met, commissions clear to your Available Earnings balance.

Affiliate Payouts are executed via Stripe Connect directly to your linked bank account.

The minimum Available Earnings balance to request a Payout is $50.00 USD. Requests can be initiated from the earnings dashboard or processed via automated system routines upon satisfying release conditions.

If a referred order is cancelled or refunded while the commission is pending, the associated Pending Earnings will be reversed immediately.

If a refund or credit card chargeback occurs after an affiliate commission has been disbursed in a Payout, Cartoix reserves the right to apply a post-payout balance adjustment or recover the amount against future Available Earnings.

Self-referrals, click farming, domain spoofing, or fraudulent order schemes are strictly prohibited. Cartoix reserves the right to place a Payout Hold on accounts under compliance audit.

Violation of promotion guidelines or high return rates from your referrals may trigger account audits and Payout Holds.

Cartoix may terminate your affiliate status at any time with or without cause by disabling your affiliate links.

We may change commission rates, cookie duration, or promotion rules. Your continued promotion of referral links constitutes acceptance of changes.
