Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

Studio partners represent that they own the copyrights, design licenses, and trademark permissions for every element they publish.

Cartoix respects intellectual property and expects studio partners to do the same. We will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement.

Storefront custom domains, store titles, logos, and descriptions must not infringe on third-party trademark rights. Unauthorized use of brand names is a violation.

If you believe a product listed on Cartoix infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notice to copyright@cartoix.com.

Your notice must include your contact details, description of the copyrighted work, URL of the infringing listing, and a signature under penalty of perjury.

If your listing was removed due to a copyright report and you believe this was an error, you may file a counter-notification to our agent.

Upon receipt, we will forward the counter-notice to the original claimant. The listing may be restored if the claimant does not file a court action within 10 business days.

Studio partners who receive multiple valid DMCA notices or copyright strikes will have their accounts permanently suspended and storefront layouts deleted.

Cartoix will act as a neutral intermediary. We do not adjudicate complex copyright disputes. We comply with DMCA safe harbor requirements.
